Did it fall short of your expectations?
That breaks our heart, but it happens! Simply send it back to us – you have a full 14 days to return it, as required by law.
We’ve made the return process as easy as possible. Just fill in the required information on the Packeta Return Portal, and the parcel can start its journey back to us.
How it works:
1. Enter the original parcel number on the portal above (note: not the order number).
2. Check that you are really returning the parcel to us.
3. Confirm, and you’re done! You will receive a submission code and a return label by email. You can choose whether to write the generated code directly on the parcel or attach the label.
4. Please pack the parcel carefully so it arrives undamaged, and take it to the nearest Zásilkovna drop-off point.
And that’s it! The parcel will make its way back to us — at our expense! Once it arrives, we will refund the full amount within 14 days.
Please note: Everything you return must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags. Thank you!

The claimed item must also be carefully packed. The package should include the claimed product with all accessories and a signed complaint form. These details are essential for identifying the item and the defect that needs to be resolved.
